Kathy is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Investigations for the Moore Tax Law Group, a tax controversy and tax litigation boutique firm, based in Chicago. The firm assists clients facing governmental investigations and civil matters involving all manner of alleged tax, financial and economic fraud.
Kathy Enstrom began her career as a Special Agent with IRS Criminal Investigation (CI) in 1995 and eventually rose to the executive level. Kathy departed CI in 2021, and her time in federal law enforcement concluded with her role as Chicago’s Special Agent in Charge of FDIC-Office of Inspector General.
Kathy is an Enrolled Agent at IRS and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
